Tuition fees

International Students are not to pay Tuition fees. However, from autumn 2017 tuition fees will be required on some courses for non-European candidates. International students at the Doctoral level will still be on free tuition.

 

Admission requirements

For undergraduate studies; 

O’ level result/certificate, 

International passport and 
other relevant documents as required by the institution (see your school of choice’s webpage).

For postgraduate studies;

Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts,

Two reference letters,

Admission essay/statement of purpose and 
An English language proficiency certificate for non-native English language speakers.

Cost of Living

The Cost of living in Finland is low and affordable when compared to other European countries. As an international student, if you budget EUR 500-800 per month, it will surely be okay and enough for proper survival which would include house rent, food, books and transportation.
